Icing Delights began when I inherited a legacy from my beloved godmother, Lucy Chin. It all began with a Barbie 3D cake with a beautiful colourful icing long skirt. Now, which little girl does not dream of becoming a princess? That dream is now a business; giving me the avenue to spend time with a passion.
